Thank you for contacting me. Currently I do not have an immediate availability for Vining Way. However, when it is occupied, the tenant is responsible for all utilities. The owner of these townhouses takes care of exterior maintenance, lawn care and pest control. These costs and responsibilities can vary based on owner.

I am currently renting an office in Pooler and my lease is up at the end of April. I have been trying to find something cheaper in the Pooler area to no avail. Suddenly today, it occurred to me that maybe I should look in Richmond Hill. I have been frustrated with the lack of business support due to a non functioning Chamber in Pooler. I met someone the other night who raved about the Richmond Hill Chamber so that has got me thinking….perhaps this is the opportunity to relocate the business!

Would the landlord be willing to accept pets with a fee?
Unfortunately not. However, we did have an inquiry from an individual that stated that they had insurance that covered any damage done to the home from their pet. The owner was willing to consider this option.

Hey Elisa, no problem! I’ve actually got a few in your range. I have one at Cypress for $1195 a month sq footage is 1488. I also have a smaller floor plan at $1095 a month and the sq footage is 1240. Let me know which one would best suit you and I will be more then happy to provide you with any other information that you might need.

Hey Elsa sorry I took so long to get back with you. For the Military we allow early termination of your lease if you receive orders to be relocated all we require is a thirty day notice which your orders would serve as your notice. The amount of the deposit is the amount of the rent and we like a 12months lease. The one pictured is 1488sq ft. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Hello Vanessa I do have 3 bedrooms available in the Richmond Hill area ranging from $1095-$1250. It’s hard to tell what we will have in September, but we have 3 bedrooms in every location that you have shown interest in so I’m sure it will not be a problem to find a home for you and your family. All the locations are in the same area, off of Harris Trail in Richmond Hill. Shady Oaks however is about 10 minutes out from Richmond Hill. Krysta, I hope as is well. We do have a unit available in Landing Way, and others in the area that might work for you and your family. How many bedrooms are you looking for and what price range? All the pictures we have of each property are on the website. All master bedrooms are a good size however, I do not have dimensions you ask for. I’m sorry I feel like I’m not giving you enough information, but what I can do is once I have a better idea of what your looking for I can send my maintenance guy out to measure the rooms for you.
Hi, We are looking for a 2br possibly a 3 all depending on the over all sq footage. Right now in Germany we have just under 1000 sq ft and it is far too small for us. We are looking for something that could accomodate a king sized bedroom set, no smaller than 13 x 15 bedroom. Our budget would be 1050 or under. Hello. We actually will have one in Vining Way available in a few weeks. We also have one that is exactly the same as Vining Way but comes with an island in the kitchen. They both are 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths and about 30 minutes out from Ft. Stewart. I also have a similar floor plan in Brisbon Hall. So hopefully by the time you and your family make it in the area we will be able to find something suitable for you and your family.

Hi, I actually rent within the GOvernors Quarters, but the townehouse portion. We do not have a leasing office here on site, as rent is paid to a few different places depending which agency you go through.
The gentlemen on the end of my building mentioned that you were taking care of most of the units in GOvernors Quarters.

but the pool is green and has been for at least a week or two.
I’m not sure what the pool season is, but if it were all done the water would have been taken out, so if you could help me and let me know when it may be fixed that would be wonderful

Sorry the research took a minute. However, we have determined that the Homes Owner Association is managed by an outside management company. We have contacted the firm and spoke with the manager in charge of Governors Quarter. Unfortunately, the HOA Management has recent undergone a change and the turnover has created a bit of a challenge in the process.
However, the manager and I are working closely together to remedy the situation. She has been out to fully assess the property and has started taking steps to restore your common areas.
I would also suggest that you let your management company know about your concerns. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.
My hubby and I are moving to Fort Stewart on Oct. 30, 2009. We are interested in a 2 bedroom house/townhouse. We do have one 6 lbs. yorkshire terrrier. He is house-trained and does not bark much. We do have a 2 bedroom town home that would allow for a small dog. Unfortunately, it is not the one on Vining Way. However, if Vining Way’s floor plan is what you liked I do have another unit in the same neighborhood with the same exact floor plan for $1025 a month. Hello, the units at Keystone Oaks have recently been remodeled on the inside and the rent rate for them is $445 a month plus a $50 charge for your water,sewage, and trash. I may be moving from WI to ft. Stewart and am just casually looking. I’m looking for 3br and around 1400 sq. ft. My question is, are the dining rooms carpeted at this property? My five year old and carpeting don’t mix well at mealtimes. Something easily mopped is SO much more convenient.

The condo in Buckeye Plantation are about 30 minutes away from Fort Stewart. The one bedrooms has 746 in sqft and the 2 bedrooms are 965sq ft. I do have one available unit at Buckeye which is a one bedroom with a loft and that one is 1371sqft. If the commute is more then you would like to do I do have the same floor plan available in Hinesville right outside Gate 7 (2 mins away). The home at Bradley Pointe has a large fenced in yard. Pets are negotiable. It is close to schools, stores, and restaurants. The master bathroom has a double vanity, stand up shower and a garden tub. Do you have any townhomes that allow a small dog? On the AHRN website, this townhome comes up as pet friendly and accepting small dogs with a deposit, yet the information says “no pets.” It’s beautiful and perfect for our needs (we are PCS-ing in late Feb/early March), but we have a small, perfectly trained pug.

I currently have two different floor plans available the square footage on one is 1254, and my second floor-plan has 1488. As for the fenced yard it really all depends on where the home is located, all the homes on the back row do not come with fenced in yards. Hello, I do currently have townhouses available in Shady Oaks and some of my locations in Richmond Hill. We start at $895 to as much as $1350 depending on location and floor plan. Unfortunately, I do not have any other pictures of the home yet. This particular home is is located in Rincon which is about an hour or so from Fort Stewart. I do have a few single family homes closer to Fort Stewart that are in either Richmond Hill or Midway which would put you at about a 20-30 minute commute depending on where you are at. Both homes I am speaking of are on our website, Oak Ridge Cir in Richmond Hill & Half Moon in Midway. Please let me know I can answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
