   Hi, I actually rent within the GOvernors Quarters, but the townehouse portion. We do not have a leasing office here on site, as rent is paid to a few different places depending which agency you go through.

   The gentlemen on the end of my building mentioned that you were taking care of most of the units in GOvernors Quarters.
   I’m not sure who to contact,
   but the pool is green and has been for at least a week or two.

   I’m not sure what the pool season is, but if it were all done the water would have been taken out, so if you could help me and let me know when it may be fixed that would be wonderful THanks for the help.

   Krystal,

   Sorry the research took a minute. However, we have determined that the Homes Owner Association is managed by an outside management company. We have contacted the firm and spoke with the manager in charge of Governors Quarter. Unfortunately, the HOA Management has recent undergone a change and the turnover has created a bit of a challenge in the process.

   However, the manager and I are working closely together to remedy the situation. She has been out to fully assess the property and has started taking steps to restore your common areas.

   I would also suggest that you let your management company know about your concerns. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.

   I am currently seeking a 1bdroom apartment/condo/townhome in the Hinesville/Midway area. My price range is $500-$700 a month.

   Hi we are looking for a 2bed 2bath on the 2nd floor in Hinesville our price range is $700-$800 a month we are looking to move in Oct or Nov 2010 just wondering if there’s any way of having one on the side for us. also if there’s any specials going on.    Sonia,
   I do have a 2bedroom 2 bath in Telfair but unfortunately none on the second floor at the moment. It is very hard to tell so far out what we will and will not have available in the Oct/Nov time frame. As for pricing, we deal with that on a property by property bases, if you could contact the office so that we could speak about it that would be great.    I’ve been looking around for apartments being that I will be moving back to Hinesville in August and I was browsing apartments on ahrn.com I ran across these apartments a one bedroom that was listed at $695.00 a month and it had a link to this page but I am kind of confused on here it says price range is 895-1095 I was just seeing whether there is apartments for rent at 695? any info would be great thank you!

   Yes please as much information as you have on a one bedroom Including price etc. I will be making a trip in about a week to two to be looking for homes and apartments for rent i’m really intrested in the one bedroom yall have available would it be possible that I could see one when I made a visit? Liike I said thought I wont be moving back down till August i’ve heard a couple apartment complexes if you put the security deposit they will hold it do yall have that available, or is it a first come first serve basis?
