The home in Piercefield is currently available. It is a three bedroom home on a corner lot. It has a fenced in yard and a separate area that could be used for a dog. No utilities are cover with the rent and the owner does not provide lawn care. Thank you and have a great day.

I am PCSing to Stewart in June myself and my wife will be in the area on the 1st. We have 2 trained pets a dog and a cat. We are interested in this property or any like it in Richmond Hill, are there more photos and what terms for pets. I am an SFC us army.

At the present time the only pictures available are the ones shown. Pets are negotiable, however, the cost for the pet fee would have to be determined by the owner. Our dog will be 3 yrs old in Sept. She part lab and retrever not full size, she weighs 60lbs and is spaded, and well trained, the cat is 11 yrs old weighs 20 lbs and litter box trained no scratching.
