My family and I are PCSing to Fort Stewart the end of August and are looking for our new home. We hear that Richmond Hills is a great place to live and are interested in living in that area. We would love if we could get some more infomation about this property or ones like it. I was wondering if you could possibly email some photos of the bedrooms, we have a kingsized bedroom suite that we need to accomodate. If you have room dimensions too that would be great

Krysta, I hope as is well. We do have a unit available in Landing Way, and others in the area that might work for you and your family. How many bedrooms are you looking for and what price range? All the pictures we have of each property are on the website. All master bedrooms are a good size however, I do not have dimensions you ask for. I’m sorry I feel like I’m not giving you enough information, but what I can do is once I have a better idea of what your looking for I can send my maintenance guy out to measure the rooms for you.
Hi, We are looking for a 2br possibly a 3 all depending on the over all sq footage. Right now in Germany we have just under 1000 sq ft and it is far too small for us. We are looking for something that could accomodate a king sized bedroom set, no smaller than 13 x 15 bedroom. Our budget would be 1050 or under. We are currently looking at homes vs. townhouses/condo but are finding sometimes they are just too small for our needs. I am interested in finding out what you have to offer

It is difficult to tell what will be available at that time but, I am sure I will have something that I may show you. I do currently have 3 bedroom condos and townhouses available. Do you have any townhomes that allow a small dog? On the AHRN website, this townhome comes up as pet friendly and accepting small dogs with a deposit, yet the information says “no pets.” It’s beautiful and perfect for our needs (we are PCS-ing in late Feb/early March), but we have a small, perfectly trained pug.

I do have townhouses at Landing Way that will except pets. It is all according to the breed and age of the dog. Deposit of pet fee is generally the amount of the rent. Please let me know if I may answer any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you and have a great day.
Hey April! Remember me? I worked with you for a while at Century 21 Ways Station. Hope you are doing well. Looks like you are. I am looking for a place to rent in Richmond HIll around $900 or less. Me and my son (age 11). I have been renting a house from Teresa Timmons (Remax) but it is an old house and the utilities are killing me! My lease is up end of February but I think she has someone that wants to move in by the 15th. I would like a 3 bedroom, but could do a 2. Let me know. I’m looking for something in the RH area that I can rent with a friend. She has a cat, so would need pet friendly. Move in date would be June 1 (or Memorial Day weekend). Two or three bedrooms with a rent of around $1000/mo would be great. We’ll be out and about this Saturday looking, so if you have something you’d like to show us that would be great!

Thank you for you interest in Landing Way. I do have a few units remaining. Both the two and three bedroom units are $995 a month. As for pets they are negotiable, how old is the cat? Sorry that it has taken us so long to write back, not sure how we missed your comment. I do have a couple of units that may be pet friendly. I have a single family home for $1000 in Piercefield Forest, that I know is pet friendly. I also have Landing Way that with the owner’s approval may allow for a pet. Those units are $995. If you happen to be revisiting the area and are still looking for housing I would be glad to take you around all the properties mention.
