Unfortunately not. However, we did have an inquiry from an individual that stated that they had insurance that covered any damage done to the home from their pet. The owner was willing to consider this option.

Hello my husband and I where looking at one of your town homes in Shady Oaks in Midway and we would like to look at some of your houses for rent we don’t have pets just one child. Hello my husband and I will be pcsing to fort stewart within the second week to third week of December and we are trying to find a place similar to this. Either a townhome, condo or home for rent. Hello, I do currently have townhouses available in Shady Oaks and some of my locations in Richmond Hill. We start at $895 to as much as $1350 depending on location and floor plan. Some of our townhouses come with a garage, and I have others that come with a washer and dryer in the unit. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I am currently deployed to Iraq but I am transferring to Ft. Stewart in Jan. 2011. I am interested in a 3BR 2 Bath townhouse or home for rent. Convenience to the base would be preferrable but I really want a nice neighborhood. Garage is definitely preferred. Price range is around $900-$1000. I currently do have townhouses and single family homes in Hinesville ranging anywhere for $895 to $1250. I unfortunately do not have any pictures on our single family homes. I will have some pics to post sometime after the 15th. We are waiting for the current family to move out before we go in and take pictures. I can keep you posted.
