Hey Elisa, no problem! I’ve actually got a few in your range. I have one at Cypress for $1195 a month sq footage is 1488. I also have a smaller floor plan at $1095 a month and the sq footage is 1240. Let me know which one would best suit you and I will be more then happy to provide you with any other information that you might need.
Sounds great, can you send me more information as far a your military clause, deposits, lease terms and so on. My husband reporting date is July 10th. How many sq footage is the one pictured on this website?.
Hey Elsa sorry I took so long to get back with you. For the Military we allow early termination of your lease if you receive orders to be relocated all we require is a thirty day notice which your orders would serve as your notice. The amount of the deposit is the amount of the rent and we like a 12months lease. The one pictured is 1488sq ft. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
I forgot to ask you which schools are near by? my kids will be going to the 5th and 6th grade and I see that there is a car garage, Is it attached?
Elsa, your child going into the 5th grade would be attending George Washington Carver Upper Elementary and for your child attending the 6th grade they would go to Richmond Hill Middle. Yes, ma am the garage is attached.

Hello my husband has orders to move to stewart in Sept but we are coming down in August. I was wondering do you still have any 3 bedrooms available and the price range, I did read the above messages; and like Elsa we are in the same boat. And if possible could I ge the address to the place so I can map it for myself. I like the cypress pointe but I also like landing way, vining way. Would like to stay in richmond hill but shady oaks in midway would work as well. Thank you for your time.
Hello Vanessa I do have 3 bedrooms available in the Richmond Hill area ranging from $1095-$1250. It’s hard to tell what we will have in September, but we have 3 bedrooms in every location that you have shown interest in so I’m sure it will not be a problem to find a home for you and your family. All the locations are in the same area, off of Harris Trail in Richmond Hill. Shady Oaks however is about 10 minutes out from Richmond Hill. I may be moving from WI to ft. Stewart and am just casually looking. I’m looking for 3br and around 1400 sq. ft. My question is, are the dining rooms carpeted at this property? My five year old and carpeting don’t mix well at mealtimes. Something easily mopped is SO much more convenient.

Some of the floor plans in Cypress Pointe do not have carpets in the dining room. If you do find yourself moving into the area please let us know. We do have other properties that may work for you and your family. Have a great Thanksgiving Holiday.

I currently have two different floor plans available the square footage on one is 1254, and my second floor-plan has 1488. As for the fenced yard it really all depends on where the home is located, all the homes on the back row do not come with fenced in yards. I am moving to Savannah or Richmond Hill. I will be working on Stewart. However, I have 2 dogs. I love these townhomes but I see no pets. Do you have anything where dogs are allowed?

We have several properties in Cypress Pointe, but the roads are either Cypress Pointe Dr or Cypress Ln. If you are trying to locate it, it is off a Harris Trail in Richmond Hill. GPS does not work when looking for the townhouses, it will lead you to Ford Plantation. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you and have a great day.
OK. Thanks. I’ll tried to find those (2) roads on Google Maps, but they did not come up. I’m thinking they might be across the street from the ball fields in the new development or maybe toward the end of Harris Trial near 144. I’ll take a drive around there today.

I have looked at the Vining Way townhouses and the townhouses here at Cypress Pointe. I am redeploying in early/mid October. I will be moving back to the Ft Stewart area very soon so I am begin to look for possible places to reside. My husband is due back at the end of October beginning of November. With everyone getting ready to return from deployment I was looking to secure our living arrangement by mid to end September. I am looking for either a 2br/2ba/2.5ba or a 3br/2ba/2.5ba with a garage because we need plenty of storage. Our price range in up to $1000 but no more. I would be able to place a deposit on a homepossibly sometime in August or the 1st of September but will be unable to sign a lease until it is time for me to move in because we are still residing in the rental that I currently occupy please let me know if you can help…I would love to stop house hunting:)

We do have 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouses with a one car garage in the Richmond Hill and Midway area ranging from $995 to $1095 a month. We can keep you updated with our availabilities and when the time is right do what is necessary to lock yourself into a unit. I unfortunately would not be able to hold anything in the month of August simply because it’s a bit to early. The owner would not be comfortable holding a place for 2 months or more with just the deposit.
